You’ll often write similar messages to visitors on the same page. Instead of asking “do you want a custom pricing plan?” over and over, save time with Canned Responses.
Canned Response Setup
Navigate to Settings > Canned Responses and click New Response in the top right.
The Short Code is the number you’ll use to select this canned response. Next, write your canned response.
In the example below, I wrote a message for pricing page visitors.
Instead of manually typing the same thing over and over again, I can use the canned response.
Using Canned Responses
Type / in the chat box, and all of your canned responses pop up. Use your short code to select the right canned response (in this case, short code 3).
You can create dozens of canned responses for different pages on your site, different types of visitors, etc.
